General/Location

The property, completed in 2020, is situated 6 km outside of Pucisca – island Brac on a small hill above Luke bay with a breathtaking view of the blue Adriatic Sea and the mainland with the Biokovo mountains.

The 10.000m² large olive,- and wine plot is surrounded by a stone wall. Secure parking is also available on the property.
In the village of Pucisca there are supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants.

In the Luke bay, which is reachable on foot in about 20 min; car in about 10 min, there are several beaches with gravel and stone and two local Dalmatian restaurants.

The houses

The property consists of two houses, with a total of approx. 250m² of living space, several partly covered terraces with approx. 350m² of floor space and seating, covered large outdoor barbecue with sink, stone outdoor shower and 60m² saltwater pool with separate relaxation area.

The houses are 100% self-sufficient. A solar system supplies the houses with electricity. A generator is available in case of emergency. The water is supplied or stored in a cistern via natural means and treated to drinking water quality.

In the spacious outdoor area there are several seats. At the pool there are 10 sun loungers and sunshades available.
The houses both have a fireplace which heats all rooms in winter through a pipe system.

3 bathrooms with window, shower, WC, hair dryer etc.

Small house

1 living room with sofa bed, TV, fireplace
1 dining area with dining table up to 4 persons
1 kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooker, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, cutlery, dishes, pots etc.
2 bedrooms (1x 1.60 m x 2.00 m + 1x 1.80 m x 2.00 m double beds), TV, air conditioning pool, garden view and a terrace access
2 bathrooms with window, shower, WC, hair dryer etc.
1 storage room (utility room – lockable)
